Terms and Conditions of Service

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Angel Tag LTD. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Service We provide professional cleaning services using the Rainbow® Cleaning System, a certified air purification and deep-cleaning vacuum that uses water-based filtration. This system is designed to remove 99.9% of typical household dirt and allergens.
2. Access and Property
Access: The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter the property (e.g., no key, no answer), a "Lock-out Fee" of [e.g., £25 or 50% of the booking] will apply.
Utilities: The client must provide running water and electricity for the duration of the clean.
3. Cancellations We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of [e.g., £20].
4. Damage and Liability
Our team is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage to items that were already broken, unstable, or not properly secured.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee While we do not offer cash refunds for completed labor, we provide a Quality Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an area we have cleaned, please contact us at team@angeltag.co.uk within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean that area free of charge.
